Real Side is founded and run by Tommy Harr — active house flipper, TV star, and real estate investor educator, born and raised in Columbus, Ohio.

Tommy's first flip, back in 2017, lost over $100,000. Most people would have walked away. Instead, that deal became the education — and more than 600 real estate deals in Columbus have followed.
